FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to annealing plant with front loading for firing elements of electric machines, stators and rotors by method of thermal destruction of insulating lacquer coating. Plant comprises a housing and a heater, an afterburning chamber of volatile fractions of annealing products, installed on the wall panel of the housing and directly connected to the outlet channel of the heating chamber, which is cleaned periodically depending on the intensity of the plant through the detachable covers and the lower container, wherein the furnace body, along the perimeter of the inner surface of which there are three rows of compartments lined with refractory bricks, inside which there is a heater, laid in a ceramic tube filled with a heat-conducting filler, consists of a base, wall panels, on the front pillars of which there are cargo truck door locking devices, and a ceiling panel, in which there is an explosion-proof hatch for discharge of static pressure in the furnace, a cargo trolley for mechanized supply of articles to be fired into the chamber, which platform front wall is the roasting plant housing door, moving along the housing base stationary guides and along the attached guides by means of a roller chain driven by a trolley drive mechanism, which includes an electric motor, a worm gear, chain transmission, friction clutch, drive shaft and chain transmission mounted at the rear and attached to the base of the housing; free-standing furnace control cabinet (panel), in which the equipment is installed, which allows to adjust the thermal power in accordance with the required characteristics, to automatically maintain the required temperature in the plant chambers, as well as to set duration of operation of heaters and exhaust fan, switched by power wires laid separately in cable channels or in protective sleeves, with roasting installation, on the housing of which there is a removable protective shield, under which spiral terminals (jumpers) are brought out, intended for switching with the control cabinet.
EFFECT: providing destruction of lacquer insulation in the chamber without air access, taking into account decomposition of insulation without burning.
