FIELD: furnaces and ovens.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a kiln for roasting and drying, comprising a body and a heater, which is equipped with a container for burning and drying, made with a housing of plate steel and installed in the housing of the furnace, wherein furnace housing consists of welded frame, in which two layers of heat-insulating material are laid, and along inner perimeter of furnace housing there is a chute with filled with quartz sand to provide a gate between furnace housing and container for roasting and drying by exhaust fan. Furnace body is made with base, which is heater, and with cover, having welded structure, inside which two layers of heat-insulating material are laid, seal between cover and container body in form of sand stopper, coarse filter, made with possibility of connecting by flange to shop ventilation, mechanism of cover opening in the form of lifting levers actuated by two hydraulic cylinders, cover fixing mechanism and separate hydroelectric station for actuation of cover lifting hydraulic cylinders connected to furnace by high pressure sleeves and consisting of electric motor, gear wheel pump, electrohydraulic distributor, having housing and made with possibility of electromagnetic control. In the housing of the electrohydraulic distributor there is a slide valve with a centring spring for the slide valve return from the working position to the neutral one, which is made with possibility of electric control, pressure hydraulic valve to limit pressure of working fluid and unload hydraulic system in idle mode of continuous drain of working fluid, oil tank with filter and system of pipelines. Furnace is equipped with a separate heating mode control cabinet, connected to the furnace power and measuring wires, laid separately in cable-channel 1 and cable-channel 2 or in protective sleeves, and having a control panel with a furnace start button, a control, setting, limiting and automatically maintaining the required temperature in the furnace, a temperature indicator, temperature control sensors and tumbler, which starts the program of heater and exhaust fan operation duration and automatic regeneration of firing or drying at emergency shutdown of control cabinet.

EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of oven for burning and drying insulation of windings of electric motors without air access for the purpose of its destruction, as well as drying of windings after impregnation.
