SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a topical composition for treating a dermatological condition, selected from atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, alopecia, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, urticaria, eczema, burns, sunburn, pancreatitis, hepatitis, Wilson's lichen, scleritis, scleroderma, dermatomyositis or a combination thereof, containing from 0.2% to 0.9% by weight of a composition for topical application of a compound of formula (I) , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, two agents for preventing separation, containing 20–40% of polyethylene glycol, having an average molecular weight of 4,000 kDa, and 7.2–8.8% of glycerol monostearate by weight of the topical formulation, 40% to 60% by weight of the topical formulation PEG 400 as a solvent, from 4% to 6% by weight of a composition for topical application of white vaseline as a base, and 9–11% by weight of a composition for topical application of isopropyl myristate as an absorption enhancer, where pharmaceutically acceptable salt is selected from a group, consisting of hydrochloride, hydrobromide, sulphate, nitrate, phosphate, acetate, succinate, fumarate, maleate, tartrate, citrate, lactate, stearate, benzoate, methanesulphonate, ethanesulphonate, p-toluenesulphonate or benzenesulphonate.
