SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a honey composition with a stabilized homogenate of large wax moth larvae with a wide spectrum of biological activity characteristic of the homogenate of large wax moth larvae. Method for producing a honey composition with a stabilized homogenate of large wax moth larvae with a wide range of biological activity in relation to bronchopulmonary diseases, tuberculosis, diseases of cardiovascular system and gastrointestinal tract based on natural honey, including mechanical mixing with other bee products, in which biological activity of homogenate of larvae of large wax moth is pre-stabilized by lyophilization to residual moisture content of not more than 10 % in vacuum drying plant at temperature +35±3 °C, and then the stabilized homogenate of large wax moth larvae is mixed with natural honey at the following ratio of components, grams per 100 g of the composition: stabilized homogenate of large wax moth larvae 0.5–10, natural honey up to 100.

EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain a stable composition with a long shelf life based on a honey composition and a homogenate of large wax moth larvae.
