SUBSTANCE: food industry, catering, in particular manufacturing of products with functional properties. Food product with functional properties based on natural bee honey is proposed, which is made from natural bee honey, flower pollen, a 50% extract of wax moth larvae obtained by mixing pre-prepared wax moth larvae with a 96% alcohol solution and exposure over 10-14 days, followed by separation of the finished extract, and crushed fresh ginger root, in the following ratio of components, g: natural bee honey - 70; flower pollen - 10; 50% extract of wax moth larvae - 10; chopped fresh ginger root - 10.
EFFECT: invention provides a food product with functional properties, based on natural bee honey, with improved organoleptic characteristics, high nutritional and biological value, which increases the body's resistance to various diseases and has a long shelf life.
