FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining crystalline form IV of the compound of formula (VII-1) which has characteristic peaks observed at the following values of the crystal lattice period (d) 7.88, 6.41, 5.20, 4.67, 4.50, 4.02, 3.81, 3.75, 3.70, 3.62, 3.38, 3.23, 3.20 and 2.74 in an X-ray powder diffraction diagram, wherein the method comprises adding in turn the crude compound represented by formula (VII-1-CR) and ice-cold phosphate buffer to obtain a solution with pH of 4 to 5.5; bringing the temperature of the resulting compound solution to 20–25°C, adding methanol and stirring.
EFFECT: obtaining a stable crystalline form of the compound of formula (VII-1).
