FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials. Titanosilicate additive is prepared using sol-gel synthesis. For synthesis, solutions of titanium sulphate and sodium liquid glass are used to form a suspension with pH 1-2, which is subjected to dehydration at temperature of 100-200°C for 1-3 hours, with subsequent washing of powder additive from sulphate ions and sodium ions. Powdered additive is subjected to thermal treatment at 600-800°C and ultrasonic dispersion in water for 8-15 minutes to form titanosilicate suspension with concentration of 2-25 g/l and ratio of TiO2:SiO2 = 0.8-1.0:1. Titanosilicate additive produced in the form of suspension is mixed with portland cement and water. After that, the plasticiser is added to the mixture in amount of 0.21-0.28% of the weight of portland cement and the mixture is additionally mixed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of strength and photocatalytic activity with simultaneous increase of reactivity of titanosilicate additive.
