FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Working member for soil loosening and weeds destruction includes post (1) with chisel (2). Damping element (3) is rigidly fixed to post (1) on opposite side of chisel (2), on which along its length there are holes (4) at equal distance from each other for rigid attachment of wing (5). Length ratio of upper side edge (6) of wing (5) to lower edge (11) is equal to 7:1. On upper side edge (6) of wing (5) plate (7) is rigidly fixed at angle of 90° to surface of wing (5). On central horizontal axis of plate (7) there are two holes (8), the distance between centers of which is twice more than distance between centers of holes (4) of damping element (3). Angle between plate (7) and tangent (9) to cutting edge (10) of wing (5) is equal to 30°. Plate (7) is parallel to side edges (6 and 11) of wing (5). Cutting and trailing edges (10 and 12) of wing (5) are made in the form of an arc of the same radius, the centers of the circle of which are displaced relative to each other.
