FIELD: means preventing the movement of vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: utility model is intended for rapid erection of temporary barriers on roads, which are related to controlled means of protection against ramming impact applied with the use of vehicles, by means of forced stop of the latter. Mobile anti-ram barrier includes a plurality of anti-ram modules 1 connected linearly into a single whole by means of intersecting braces 4, made in the form of posts 2 articulated with bases 3, equipped with rear and front support wheels. Each anti-ram module is made collapsible and is equipped with a removable thrust canine in the form of a pair of symmetrically located plates of the same configuration, the rear part of which is made in the form of a pointed shaped shank. Rear wheels are located in lower part of barrier on detachable tubular axles fixed with their ends in side walls of posts, and are linearly mounted in chassis. Handles are attached to the end tubular axles, which together with tubular axles serve as a lever for changing the chassis from the mobile position to the working position and vice versa. Front wheels are mounted on the periphery of the base and are equipped with splint cutters in the form of a sharpened wedge. When the vehicle runs over the barrier, the wheels are disengaged from the road, the wheel pneumatic tires are punctured, the engine and transmission components and assemblies are damaged, thus ensuring the instantaneous stop of the latter.

EFFECT: providing efficiency of action at ram impact, reliable stopping of moving vehicle, high mobility, reduction of time and simplification of mounting-dismantling procedure.
