FIELD: special structures.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the rapid construction of temporary fences on highways related to controlled means of protection against a ramming impact inflicted using vehicles by forcibly stopping the latter. The mobile anti-ram barrier includes a set of anti-ram modules 1 connected linearly into a single whole by means of intersecting ties 4, made in the form of racks 2, articulated with bases 3, equipped with rear 5 and front 6 support wheels. Each anti-ram module is collapsible and equipped with a removable thrust lug 8 in the form of a plate, the back of which is made in the form of a pointed shaped shank. The rear 5 wheels are located in the lower part of the barrier on removable tubular axles, fixed with the ends in the side walls of the racks 2, and linearly mounted in the chassis. Handles 11 are attached to the end tubular axles, which together with the tubular axles in the assembly serve as a lever for transferring the chassis from the mobile position to the working position and back. The front 6 wheels are mounted on the periphery of the base 3 and are equipped with tire cutters in the form of a pointed wedge. When a vehicle hits a barrier, the wheels are disconnected from the road, the wheel tires are punctured, the engine and transmission components and assemblies are damaged, providing an instant stop of the vehicle.

EFFECT: ensuring the effectiveness of the action during a ramming impact, the reliability of stopping a moving vehicle, high mobility, reducing time and simplifying the installation and disassembly procedure.
