SUBSTANCE: actuator for automatic transfer switch of dual power supply includes: frame; rotating disc mounted on the frame; first elastic element, one end of which rests against the rotating disc, and the other end is mounted on the frame; drive disc rotating in interaction with the rotating disc; drive rod mounted on drive disc and connected to bracket of movable contact. When the rotating disc rotates in the first direction, the first elastic element is deformed, accumulating energy; when the first elastic element passes through the "dead point" and the rotating and drive discs continue to rotate in the first direction under the action of the first elastic element, drive rod rotates in the first direction and drives the movable contact bracket into rotation, realizing the switch switching from the double disconnection position to the first supply connection position.

EFFECT: providing a function of interlocking and quick disconnection of the mechanism.
