Energy accumulator (15) for stages (10) of stages under load, which includes motor (11) with output shaft (12) and load switch (13) with drive shaft (14), includes elastic accumulating element, transmission mechanism, which is connected to accumulating element and includes input bushing, which can be connected without possibility of rotation with output shaft, an outlet bushing that can be connected without possibility of rotation to drive shaft (12), a variable transmission device which is connected between an input bushing and an accumulating element.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of rotary movement of output bushing regardless of direction of input bushing rotation.
