SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to a surgical cutting and stapling instrument with a cassette with brackets for it, which is made with the possibility of dissecting and stitching tissue with brackets. Surgical suturing instrument comprises a handle, a motor, a first jaw, a second jaw, a hinge, a closing drive and a starting drive. Engine contains a rotating exhaust device. First jaw contains the stop, the proximal end, the distal end and the cam pin. Second jaw contains a cassette channel, configured to receive a cassette with brackets. Hinge pivots the first jaw to the second jaw. First jaw is made with the possibility of rotation relative to the second jaw. Cam pin is located between the distal end and the hinge. Closing actuator is operatively associated with a rotating exhaust device. Closing actuator contains a closing element made with the possibility of interaction with the first jaw and with the possibility of rotation of the first jaw in the direction of the second jaw. Closing element contains a curved groove formed in it, with the cam pin located inside the curved groove. Curved groove is adapted to displace the cam pin when the closing element is moved towards the distal end. Starter drive contains a starter element, made with the possibility of releasing brackets from the cassette with brackets.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows to obtain the desired gap between the stop and the cassette with the brackets.
