FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to orthopedics. Orthopedic insole in accordance with the first version contains foam plastic shock absorbing layer, framework layer and detachable insert. Foam plastic shock absorbing layer is constructed in such a way that it goes from user's heel to, at least, anterior area of user's metatarsal bone when orthopedic insole is used. Framework layer has upper surface and lower surface, which is harder than foam plastic shock absorbing layer and is located under foam plastic shock absorbing layer. Framework layer is constructed in such a way as to go in longitudinal direction, at least, from user's tara-navicular joint to place of connection of user's medial cuneiform bone and first metatarsal bone, and in transverse direction, at least, under medial cuneiform bone of user, when orthopedic insole is used. Framework layer has directed upwards edge on medial side and hole in lower surface constructed for placement of detachable insert. Detachable insert is constructed for placement with possibility of removal in hole. Insert changes supporting properties of orthopedic insole when placed in hole. When placed in hole it goes in longitudinal direction, at least, from user's tara-navicular joint to place of connection of user's medial cuneiform bone and first metatarsal bone when orthopedic insole is used. Orthopedic insole in accordance with the second version contains shock-absorbing layer and framework layer. Framework layer is located under shock-absorbing layer. Framework layer is constructed in such a way that it goes in longitudinal direction, at least, from user's tara-navicular joint to place of connection of user's medial cuneiform bone and first metatarsal bone, and in transverse direction, at least, under user's medial cuneiform bone when orthopedic insole is used. Framework layer is constructed for placement of detachable insert, which changes support, provided by orthopedic insole. Method of ensuring individual correspondence for user of shock-absorbing orthopedic insole, which contains providing user with shock-absorbing orthopedic insole, constructed for placement of detachable insert into the area of foot arch, which changes volume of support, provided by shock-absorbing orthopedic insole; providing user with set of inserts with different properties, inserts being constructed for placement in shock-absorbing orthopedic insole; providing user with instruction on selection of insert from set of inserts, which ensures required by user volume of support, ensured by shock-absorbing orthopedic insole, when selected insert is inserted into shock-absorbing orthopedic insole.
EFFECT: inventions provide possibility of adjustment depending on application.
