SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a footwear insole, which comprises a carrier layer and an expansion layer located on it, and which is provided at the upper side with a formation corresponding to the shape of the print of the plantar surface of the human foot, with a flat and smooth toe part, which is connected to the middle part with the pit for the hallux joint, at least one pit (6) for digitus minimus joints, the transverse arch support, the longitudinal arch support, the metatarsal support, a metatarsal pit and a cuboid bone support, which is connected to the heel part of the heel pit, and which at the lower side is provided with a formation corresponding to the plantar surface of the foot, with a flat and smooth toe part, which is connected to the middle part with the projection for the hallux joint, with at least one projection for digitus minimus joints, deflection of the transverse arch support, deflection of the longitudinal arch support, deflection of the metatarsal bone, deflection of the longitudinal metatarsal and deflection of the cuboid bone support, which is connected to the heel part with a heel projection, and at least a part of the heel part of the insole with the heel pit is lowered at the upper side of the insole towards the middle part of the insole and the heel pit is the lowest part of the insole at its upper side.
EFFECT: eliminating offset of the ankle with long-term exposure to static load.
