SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry. The method of obtaining the casting of the working body of the solid cultivation equipment includes the manufacture of high-strength cast iron and its pouring into the casting mold. Pouring of high-strength cast iron is carried out into a chill mold with shaping inserts made of refractory material with low thermal conductivity. Parts of the cast working bodies, operating under abrasive wear conditions, are formed in the uncoated walls of the chill mold to ensure that bleached structures of high-strength cast iron are obtained. Parts of the cast working bodies, operating under cyclic loads, are formed in the mold inserts of the chill mold to ensure the production of pearlitic, martensitic and bainitic structures of high-strength cast iron.
EFFECT: increased wear resistance of working edges due to obtaining a bleached structure and increased operational characteristics due to obtaining strength and elastic properties of bearing parts of working bodies of soil cultivation equipment.
