FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a combined system of an active handle and a booster control drive for an aircraft surface and a method of controlling a control surface. Proposed system comprises control stick, mechanical linkage, built-in drive, handle force transducer, flight control system and drive position transducer. To control the surface, the force on the handle is recorded by a force sensor, an input force signal is generated from the force sensor, applying a force sensing profile in response to an input force signal, providing a positioning command for a force sensing drive, summing the drive position signal with the positioning command to provide the position error command to the drive controller, outputting the drive position control signal from the drive controller, moving the built-in drive connected to the mechanical coupling device between the handle connection and the control surface, positioning the control surface using the flight control mechanical structure in response to the output force or the output torque, providing the output of the actuator updated position signal from the actuator position sensor for closing the positioning loop.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of control.
