SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a flight control system for a flight control surface, a method of using it and a flight control system for a horizontal stabilizer. System comprises three electronic drive control circuits, two units of remote electronic equipment connected to control circuits in a certain manner. Horizontal stabilizer control system comprises horizontal stabilizer drive, two units of remote electronic equipment connected to the drive, configured to operate independently of each other, at least two electronic control circuits. To control the flight for the control surface, receiving control signals in the corresponding control units from the corresponding control circuits, on the basis of which the drive operation is controlled.
EFFECT: higher reliability of control system due to redundancy of control, as well as interchangeability of control circuits.
