SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to downhole tools for patch installation in the interval of more than 10 meters. Device has an upper part, a tool body having a channel, an outer surface, a first end and a second end, wherein the second end is located closer to the upper part than the first end, a first cylinder assembly located at a first end on the outer surface, a second cylinder assembly located at a second end on the outer surface, wherein the channel extends from at least the first cylinder assembly to the second cylinder assembly, an expandable metal patch surrounding the housing, first cylinder assembly and second cylinder assembly and creating an annular space between itself and them. Expanding patch has an inner diameter in an unclamped state, the body has a first hole opposite the first cylinder assembly and a second hole opposite the second cylinder assembly, providing connection with possibility of fluid medium transfer between channel and first cylinder assembly and second cylinder assembly, in order to ensure the possibility of fluid medium flow under pressure into the cylinder assemblies for their unclamping. Housing has a third opening located between the first cylinder assembly and the second cylinder assembly, and a valve located in the third hole for controlling the passage of the fluid under pressure from the channel into the annular space.
EFFECT: higher reliability of patch, reduced time expenditures.
