SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an aerosol delivery device, a method of forming an aerosol delivery device and a method of minimizing losses of an aerosol precursor composition during use of the aerosol delivery device. Aerosol delivery device comprises an atomizer, a housing having an outlet and containing an atomizer, a mouthpiece defining an outlet opening in the body and a structure located in the mouthpiece and configured to prevent the aerosol precursor liquid droplets from escaping from the outlet opening. Structure is a microstructure deposited on the surface of the housing and comprising a plurality of capillary channels, dimensions and arrangement of which provide for the direction of liquid from the outlet hole.
EFFECT: possibility of counteracting the release of the liquid aerosol precursor from the mouth end of the aerosol delivery device.
