SUBSTANCE: present invention provides an aerosol delivery device comprising a control device that is configured to be coupled to a cartridge and which may include one or more additional features to improve one or both visible indications of use to the user and resistance to liquid infiltration into the control device. More specifically, the control device may include a light guide configured to transmit to the window from a light source that is offset from the window, and a controller configured to direct variable level light from the light source.
EFFECT: control device is waterproof.
