SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for monitoring the technical condition of wells by gamma-gamma logging, in particular to devices for monitoring the quality of cementing casing strings of geophysical wells by the method for scattered gamma radiation. A device for monitoring the technical condition of cased wells is proposed, including a housing with centralizers, containing a gamma radiation source installed in the lower part, forming a thickness gauge probe with a gamma radiation receiver with a photomultiplier, and photomultipliers uniformly spaced relative to each other in the upper part of the housing. and equidistant from the body axis, and the electronic unit. The device is additionally equipped with a system of retractable levers evenly spaced relative to each other and equidistant from the body, with clamping arms with sliding rollers at the ends, while gamma radiation receivers are fixed on the legs, connected by means of fiber-optic cables, each with its own photomultiplier tube in the housing and forming a density meter probe with a source of gamma radiation.

EFFECT: placement of gamma radiation receivers of the densitometer probe on the legs of retractable levers ensures compliance with the minimum possible distance between the gamma radiation receivers and the inner wall of the casing string, which makes it possible to use the proposed device for monitoring the technical condition of cased wells in any wells, regardless of the diameter of the casing strings, and the application a fiber-optic cable for connecting gamma radiation receivers with their photomultipliers ensures high accuracy and speed of information transmission to the electronics unit.
