SUBSTANCE: for pulsed neutron logging of oil and gas wells. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that a small-sized multi-method multi-probe device for pulsed neutron logging of oil and gas wells contains a neutron source (NS), a detector of gamma radiation of radiation capture of neutrons of spectrometric neutron gamma-ray logging (NGR-L), neutron detectors that form a small (SP) and large (LP) neutron-neutron logging (NNL) probes, while the NGR-L and NNL probes are located on one side of the NS, the NGR-L probe is located between the BZ and SP probes of the NNL and is protected from direct neutron and neutron gamma radiation from sides of the SI and the borehole with a screen consisting of alternating polyamide and lead plates, the neutron tube of the neutron generator (NG) and the photomultiplier tube of the NGR-L probe are placed in screens made of magnetically soft iron, and the SP NNL is protected from the side of the GN and the wellbore by a polyamide screen, and the protective body is made of boron-containing material.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of using almost all the main types of interaction of neutrons with the rock and fluids saturating them when irradiated with neutron fluxes from a controlled neutron generator operating both in pulsed and stationary modes.
