FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food and feed industry. Proposed is a method for producing full-fat soy. Soybeans are initially held in geothermal water cooled to 30 to 35°C for 10 to 12 hours, then loaded into an autoclave and therein exposed to steam at a temperature of 125 to 127°C. The maximum consumed power for processing 1 ton of soybeans is 8 to 10 kW of electrical power. After heat treatment, the soybeans are unloaded from the autoclave and poured onto the floor, the surface temperature whereof is 50 to 60°C, geothermal water flowing through the floor heating pipes serves as an energy carrier for underfloor heating.
EFFECT: production of high quality raw materials.
