SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning soya beans from contaminants; decorticating and separating fruit coat; providing moisture-and-heat processing of decorticated mass having moisture content of 7-20% in electromagnetic microwave field with specific power of 0.2-2.0 kW/kg for 1-6 min and performing thermoplastic extrusion.
EFFECT: provision for producing of oilcake with low or neutral urease activity and high total energetic food value and of high-quality oil with low acid and peroxide number.
