SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a user terminal and a radio communication method of a future generation mobile communication system. User terminal according to one aspect of the present invention comprises a receiving section configured to receive a downlink common channel and a channel state information (CSI) reference signal, and a control section configured to perform control so as not to perform at least one of the following actions: downlink common channel reception and measurement using the CSI reference signal.
EFFECT: possibility of proper communication control, even when reference signal is triggered dynamically.
