SUBSTANCE: in order to realise the described effect, a user terminal is provided, including: a reception section configured to receive descending control information to issue a command to activate or deactivate a semi-permanent channel status information message; and a control section configured to determine whether or not the descending control information issues a deactivation command based on the value of at least one field including the resource allocation field in the frequency domain of the descending control information.
EFFECT: possibility of properly controlling activation and deactivation of the semi-permanent channel status information (SP-CSI) message by means of the downlink control information (DCI).
