FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for multiplex analysis and detection of biomarkers in water samples by means of flow cytometry for use in medicine and biology. Luminescent sensor for multiplex detection of analytes in an aqueous medium by means of flow cytometry, determining the times of attenuation of quantum dots, includes semiconductor nanocrystals embedded in alternating polymer layers of polyelectrolytes of polyallylamine hydrochloride (PAH) and poly(4-styrene sodium sulphonate) (PSS), wherein triple AgInS2-ZnS nanocrystals are used as polyelectrolytes embedded in polymer layers on the surface of polystyrene microspheres.
EFFECT: simplified technology for manufacturing a sensor platform and eliminated use of toxic substances.
