KIT FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF DISEASES Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/52 B03C1/00

Abstract RU 2701742 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical research by flow cytometry or immunofluorescence analysis using suspension microchips. Disclosed is a kit for differential diagnosis of diseases, comprising populations of optically coded microspheres, the shell of which contains one or more layers of fluorescent nanocrystals, wherein the layer containing fluorescent nanocrystals of the same colour is separated by three and more layers of oppositely charged polyelectrolytes from the layer containing fluorescent nanocrystals of a different colour, and on the surface of each population of microspheres having a given optical code, biological recognition molecules are immobilized, capable of specifically binding preset disease markers and / or pathogenic biological agents. Kit also includes detection complexes consisting of biological recognition molecules capable of specifically binding preset disease markers and / or pathogenic biological agents conjugated with fluorescent labels. Kit also includes additional populations of microspheres, the polyelectrolyte layers of which consist of polyelectrolytes having amphoteric properties, wherein the number and composition of layers of polyelectrolytes with amphoteric properties are different between populations of microspheres with different optical codes, and all populations of microspheres in the set contain one or more layers containing magnetic nanoparticles.

EFFECT: invention enables to perform differential separation of analytes in a magnetic field, which enables further additional analysis of purified analytes.
