FIELD: optical devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical detection of substances in a gas and liquid phase and concerns a luminescent sensor. The luminescent sensor includes a source of exciting radiation, a receiver of luminescent radiation, a coplanar measuring cell of a capacitive type with a sensitive layer applied to it, a device for recording the electrical conductivity of the coplanar measuring cell and a unit for recording the intensity of luminescence. The sensitive layer of the sensor is made based on a polymer semiconductor matrix containing colloidal semiconductor material, and is made by depositing a monolithic polymer film of fluorinated copolymers deposited from a mixture of solvents containing stabilizing additives of antioxidants and stabilizers, followed by treatment with gaseous nucleophilic agents.
EFFECT: increase in the sensitivity of the sensor and increase in the reliability of the results obtained.
