FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is an apparatus for grain germination, consisting of a body, located in the lower part whereof is a divider made of a porous material, wherein three containers are installed inside said body one above the other, intended to accommodate the germinated grain, with perforated bottoms. The apparatus comprises a tank, wherein an ultraviolet emission source is installed inside said tank, wherefrom water enters the body through a filler branch pipe, as well as series-installed compressor and air disinfection chamber, located wherein are an ultraviolet emission source and a distribution collector, allowing air to enter the lower part of the body through the divider made of a porous material.
EFFECT: invention improves the quality of the resulting products by reducing the time for grain germination and suppressing pathogenic microbiota.
