FIELD: molecular biology.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the field of molecular biology, virology and medicine, namely to new N1,N3-disubstituted uracil derivatives and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, which have an antiviral effect against SARS-CoV-2. A compound of general formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is proposed, where: X is alkyl or hydroxyalkyl (C1-C12), Ar is a substituted aromatic group, Ar is an aromatic group, Y is an oxygen atom, R1 is a carboxyl or halogen, in the N3 position uracil polymethylene linker may include from 1 to 12 methylene groups.
EFFECT: effective inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 replication.
