FIELD: chemistry; pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and pharmacology, specifically to the use of a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting replication of beta-coronaviruses. Said pharmaceutical composition includes: (a) 1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine derivative of general formula I , where R1 and R2 are aryl without a substitute, R3 is hexamethyleneimine; and (b) pharmaceutically acceptable additives.
EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency of suppressing replication of beta-coronaviruses, including SARS-CoV-2.
