FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, in particular to platforms of three-axis vibration stands for fixing objects subject to vibration tests. The platform of the vibration stand is made in the form of a parallelepiped for fixing an object subject to three-coordinate vibration tests. The platform is equipped with connection points with the movable part of vibration exciters installed in mutually perpendicular directions. The platform is made in the form of a sandwich panel. The walls of the platform in its inner cavity are connected by a honeycomb filler, the plates of which are located parallel to the side walls of the platform with the formation of honeycombs and gaps between adjacent plates. The honeycomb filler plates not adjacent to the side walls of the platform are made with fins on two opposite side surfaces directed in opposite directions, and the plates adjacent to the side walls of the platform are made with fins only on one side not adjacent to the walls of the platform directed inward. The plates are made with protrusions above the fins. The protrusions are buried in through grooves made in a staggered manner with a gap in the upper and lower walls of the platform. The protrusions of the plates are rigidly connected in these grooves to the walls of the platform. The plates adjacent to the side walls of the platform are rigidly attached to the side walls of the platform.
EFFECT: ensuring sufficient accuracy of reproduction of spatial vibrations according to a given law, eliminating the possibility of coincidence of the vibration frequencies of the platform itself or its sections with the vibration frequencies of other elements of the vibration stand, and increasing reliability.
