FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gas industry and can be used for continuous measurement of the production rate of gas boreholes during operation. According to the method, the gas borehole is transferred from the operating mode to the survey mode, wherefor the gas exiting the gas borehole is redirected to the wellhead pipeline intended for survey. The current value of the production rate of the gas borehole is recorded by means of a flow meter and the value of the wellhead gas temperature corresponding to the current production rate is recorded. The value of the production rate of the gas borehole is gradually reduced until the gas borehole is completely stopped, in the process of said reduction in the production rate of the gas borehole, the values of the current production rate of the gas borehole and the corresponding value of the wellhead gas temperature are constantly recorded, a graph of the dependence of the wellhead gas temperature on the production rate of the gas borehole is built based on the recorded values. During operation of the gas borehole in the working mode, the current value of the wellhead gas temperature is recorded, and the value of the current production rate of the gas borehole is determined based on the constructed graph of the dependence of the wellhead gas temperature on the production rate of the gas borehole.
EFFECT: excluded hydraulic losses in determining the production rate of a gas borehole, simplification and reduction of the cost of monitoring the production rate of the borehole and increased reliability of process of measuring the production rate.
