SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer systems for electronic mail (e-mail), calendaring or scheduling. Computer system includes a help system comprising a scheduling assistant, which receives a natural language request message and conducts a dialogue with a user using a messaging system to provide a scheduling assistance service. Analytical system comprises intelligent calendar analysis means for determining the level of use of the scheduling assistant by the requesting user. Analytical system detects other natural language messages in addition to said natural language request message and messages in dialogue from a plurality of different users in a user group, generates satisfaction features indicating user satisfaction corresponding to the computer help system, based on the level of use, content of said other messages in natural language, said message with request in natural language and messages in dialogue.

EFFECT: possibility of automatic detection of the level of satisfaction with the system of multiple different users.
