SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the extraction of hydrocarbons from an underground reservoir. A composition for increasing the extraction of hydrocarbon from an underground reservoir contains dicocodimethylammonium chloride; an amphoteric surfactant selected from laurylhydroxysultaine, laurylbetaine or a combination thereof, a solvent selected from a water source, a binding agent selected from isopropanol, methanol or a combination thereof, or a mixture of two or more of them, optionally a demulsifier, optionally proppant. The mass ratio of dicocodimethylammonium chloride to the amphoteric surfactant in the composition is from 1:1 to 1:5. A method for increasing the extraction of hydrocarbon from an underground reservoir includes the preparation of the above-mentioned composition, preparation of injectate containing from 10 to 10,000 ppm of the total amount of the surfactant per the weight of injectate, injection of injectate to the underground reservoir, and collection of hydrocarbon from the underground reservoir.

EFFECT: increase in the extraction or reverse inflow of hydrocarbon compounds from hydrocarbon-containing underground reservoirs, in particular from reservoirs with low permeability and low porosity, conversion of oleophilic rocks into hydrophilic ones do not cause the formation of emulsions with hydrocarbon compounds in the underground medium, stability in the storage of concentrated compositions.
