SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and can be used to create wing devices hydrofoils. The effect is achieved by the fact that the wing system is single-row and includes a central support and two side supports, combined with the front fairings of the water intakes of the jet propulsion units, two propulsion systems are moved outside the fuselage on the sides of the central part into cylindrical housings attached to it on two pairs of half rings, each water intake interacts with two centrifugal pumps on one shaft, kinematically connected to its engine block, located in a cylindrical housing, open at the air inlet, centrifugal pumps are located in the air gap above the level of the water surface when the vessel is moving, the outlet nozzles of the centrifugal pumps are directed downward and connected to the nozzle comb located at the level of the inlet nozzle of the jet propulsion water intake, the underwater parts of the outlet nozzles of the pumps repeat the last sections of the water intakes, an electric motor is located behind the engine block and a fan associated with it, the outer contour of which, relative to the cylindrical body, forms an annular section of the inlet to the fan blades, connected to its nozzle located on the axis of the cylindrical body.
EFFECT: ensuring the high speed of the vessel, increasing the efficiency of the propulsion complex and reducing its weight, improving parking and ensuring the safety of storing gas cylinders.
