SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used in the bearing industry for the manufacture of spherical rolling bearings of increased durability and reliability. In the process of implementing the method for processing assembled spherical rolling bearings, the rings are subjected to forced rotation, rolling with their own set of rolling elements, in an abrasive medium. In this case, at least one of the rings is subjected to forced misalignment relative to the plane of symmetry of the bearing by an angle equal to the maximum possible during operation, and rotated around an inclined axis. To create a working pressure, an additional loading device is provided. The device for implementing the proposed method contains a working shaft located in a housing on two supports, consisting of rolling bearings installed in technological bearings mounted in the housing in such a way that their rotation axes intersect in its symmetry plane. The working shaft is located inside the hollow shaft mounted in the housing on coaxial bearing supports and having a wedge-shaped stream, made opposite the hole in the housing, and splined ends interacting with the splined ends of the inner rings of technological bearings. A nut is provided on the threaded end of the working shaft to fix the machined bearings in the working position. At the same time, two annular recesses are provided on the inner surface of the housing, each having one through hole, each of which is located coaxially with the threaded hole of the hollow shaft, in which the bolt interacting with the spherical end is placed.

EFFECT: ensuring the final shaping of the working surfaces of the spherical bearing parts and increasing its durability.
