FIELD: gases.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a combined method for two-stage gasification in a fluidised bed and to soft firing of magnesite. According to the invention, fuel is dried/pyrolysed or partially gasified in a pyrolyser, the gasification of the product output from the pyrolyser is continued in a gasifier, and the product is subjected to filtration and dust removal to produce pure fuel gas. The fuel gas is burned in a burner to form hot flue gas intended for rapid calcination of magnesite, the calcined product undergoes gas-solid separation. After cooling, the product constituting softly fired magnesium oxide is moved to a storage container, and after calcination, the flue gas heats the powdered magnesite and the air required by the reaction by means of a flue gas heat exchange system.
EFFECT: invention provides a high heat performance coefficient, a continuous and stable process, the absence of formation of phenolic resin water during coal gasification, as well as high activity and uniform quality of the product.
