SUBSTANCE: complex fish protection device is proposed, one of the main working elements of which is one or more water-permeable and/or waterproof screen and/or an electrode system that can be located in a moving liquid flow, naturally and/or artificially created, part of which passes through the water-permeable screen or part of it, and/or along the waterproof screen or its parts, and/or between electrodes and/or electrode elements, part of which moves into a fish outlet, and/or a hydraulic structure, and/or a device, and/or an ejection device/ejector, and/or into a water object and/or moves past/bypassing the water-permeable and/or waterproof screen or part of it and/or the electrode system. The claimed technical solution may contain one or more electrical and/or electronic equipment, one or more electrode system, and cable line (conductor/conductors), and/or one or more fish outlet, and/or one or more flow-forming element, and/or one or more device forming a flow and/or a curtain of liquid and/or air, and/or one or more source and/or emitter of light, and/or acoustic, and/or hydroacoustic signal and/or magnetic field. Elements of the complex fish protection device can be dynamic, which can have a deterrent effect on the behavior of fish, for example, the reaction of fish to movement/change of position, and/or configuration, and/or configuration of the surface, and/or location of the element of the fish protection device and to fluctuations in the waterflow formed by the flow of elements of the fish protection device, and/or noise, and/or change in the intensity of the electric and/or magnetic field at a particular point, and/or change in the direction of light, and/or sound, and/or air flow, and/or water, and/or any other liquid or mixture of liquids, which will help reduce the probability of fish entering a water intake of the hydraulic structure and/or water intake device and/or contribute to the guidance and/or movement and/or removal of fish in specific conditions.
EFFECT: location of elements of the complex fish protection device in the moving fluid flow, naturally or artificially created, in the water object in the area of location of the fish protection device allows one to create certain hydraulic conditions for the operation of the claimed technical solution, which reduces the probability of fish entering the water intake of the hydraulic structure and/or water intake device (protecting fish from entering the water intake of the hydraulic structure and/or water intake device) and/or may contribute to the guidance and/or movement of fish.
