FIELD: jewelry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the technology of manufacturing jewelry made of synthetic gemstone using body tissues obtained from a human or animal, or cremation ashes of a human or animal corpse. One of the options for obtaining a synthetic gemstone from at least one of the hair, finger nails and toe nails obtained from a human or animal involves extracting biological extract S100 from at least one of the hair, finger nails and toe nails; preparation of mixed S200 material by mixing biological extract with gemstone material; and the cultivation of a synthetic gemstone on a crystal seed in the form of a single crystal by melting the said mixed material, while extracting a biological extract from at least one of the hair, finger nails and toe nails includes placing at least one of the hair, finger nails and toe nails into the furnace and removing organic material from at least one of the hair, finger nails and toe nails by completely burning at least one of the hair, finger nails and toe nails with air access into the furnace, in this case, the specified gemstone material contains at least one of aluminum oxide and magnesium silicate, while the formation of a synthetic gemstone in the form of a single crystal includes a stage of feeding mixed material into the material supply unit; a stage of ignition and heating, consisting in igniting a flame using oxygen and hydrogen and increasing the temperature of the internal space of the muffle due to the flame; a melting stage, consisting in melting the uppermost part of the crystal seed; the expansion stage, in which the first part of the synthetic gemstone is grown by feeding the molten mixed material to the crystal seed; the S300 cultivation stage, which consists in growing the second part of the synthetic gemstone by feeding the molten mixed material to the specified first part; and the heating stage to reduce internal stresses in the synthetic gemstone, while during the cultivation of the first part its diameter is increased, and during the cultivation of the second part its diameter is maintained constant.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a synthetic gemstone having a specific color in accordance with the characteristics and content of elements in the biological extract.
