FIELD: non-alcoholic food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-alcoholic food industry. A non-alcoholic drink is proposed, which is made from a biologically active additive polysorbovite, which includes sucrose, low-esterified pectin, ascorbic acid, and honeysuckle juice, citric acid, sugar and water prepared to bring to the required volume, with the following content of the original ingredients per 100 dal finished drink: sugar 90.80 kg; honeysuckle juice 135.00 dm3; citric acid 1.41 kg; polysorbovit 10.0 kg; water - the rest up to 100 gave the finished drink. A non-alcoholic drink is also proposed, which is made from a biologically active additive polysorbovit, which includes sucrose, low-esterified pectin, ascorbic acid, and honeysuckle juice, citric acid, fructose and water prepared to bring to the required volume, with the following content of the original ingredients per 100 gave the finished drink: fructose 53.40 kg; honeysuckle juice 135.00 dm3; citric acid 1.41 kg; polysorbovit 10.0 kg; water - the rest up to 100 gave the finished drink.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a non-alcoholic natural drink with polysorbovite and enterosorbent honeysuckle, with improved consumer properties, organoleptic and physical parameters.
