FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages preparation of a syrup of sugar with citric acid, blending syrup and functional food ingredients module (module) in the concentration, providing daily dose of functional components totally not less than 15% of daily rate of consumption in a portion of the beverage 250 ml. M is produced from concentrated Apple juice with dry substances content not less than 60%, Echinacea purpurea extract solution with moisture content of not more than 5%, ascorbic acid (vitamin c) and apple pectin "Andre Pectin ARA 170". Solutions of echinacea extract of Echinacea purpurea and ascorbic acid is obtained by dissolving in cold treated water in ratio 1:1, and Apple pectin "Andre Pectin ARA 170" preliminarily soaked in water with temperature of 30-40°C at a ratio of 1:1 to 5 h and mixed with high-speed mixer until complete dissolution. Blending syrup is prepared from syrup, module and a flavouring agent "Lemonade" obtained blending syrup is mixed with prepared cooled carbonated water and bottled.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of beverage with tread properties, providing for the protective function of the human body, as well as imparts beverage radioprotective properties and increases its ability to eliminate toxins from the body, improving operation of the gastrointestinal tract; besides, widens the range of functional non-alcoholic beverages.
