SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a power steering for a vehicle. The amplifier 220 includes an input shaft 330 for transmitting torque from the steering column of the vehicle to the power steering, a torque sensor 340 for detecting the torque transmitted through the input shaft and generating a sensor signal that displays the registered torque, an output shaft 350 for outputting torque from the power steering 220 and a unified drive mechanism 360. The unified drive mechanism 360 is designed to mechanically transmit torque from the input shaft 330 to the output shaft 350 and is located inside the housing 362 of the steering mechanism. The drive unit 370 is designed to supply depending on the sensor signal to the unified drive mechanism 360 hydraulic working environment. The drive unit 370 and the torque sensor 340 are in mechanical contact with the steering housing 362. The drive unit 370 has a pump 372 for supplying the working medium, a motor 374 for driving the pump 372, a reservoir 376 for housing the working medium. At least the pump 372 is located inside the tank, and the input shaft 330, the torque sensor 340, the unified drive mechanism 360 and the drive unit 370 are arranged in a row along the longitudinal axis L of the power steering 220.
EFFECT: creation of a unified power steering.
