FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production lines for production of reinforcement from composite materials for reinforcement of building structures. In the process line, the unit for forming the bearing cores from the bundles of roving threads is made in the form of two rows of forming spinnerets located on both sides relative to the longitudinal axis of symmetry, arranged in series in each row in directions parallel to longitudinal axis of line. Coils of winding units are facing the last spinnerets in the direction of movement of the bearing cores, the axes of rotation of which have the opposite direction of rotation, are shifted to longitudinal-vertical plane of symmetry at distance between them, less than 2R, where R is radius of rotation of blades. Winding units blades form with each other intersecting trajectories of rotation with opposite relative to horizontal plane passing through their rotation axes, zones of intersection for alternate orientation in longitudinal-vertical plane passing through said zones of intersection, axes of rotation of coils of winding units. Before the formed reinforcing rods exit from the guide bushings arranged in the housing, the guide rollers are mounted in front of the polymerisation chamber, interacting on both sides of each reinforcing bar to reorient its movement direction at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the line and with the formation of an acute angle between the longitudinal axes of both reinforcing bars, which is oriented to the polymerisation chamber. Axes of rotation of the first rollers in the direction of movement of both reinforcing bars are located between them with an offset to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the line, and axes of rotation of the following rollers are located on opposite sides of reinforcing bars and during descent, they are oriented in directions of movement parallel to longitudinal axis of the line, wherein distance between axes of said rollers is less than distance between axes of rotation of previous rollers.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of process line during double-flow process of formation of composite reinforcement and simultaneous reduction of material consumption and power consumption of process line, increased density of roving threads compaction during formation of bearing cores and during formation of reinforcing bar profile.
