SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a chamber with a hot air circulation and a system for controlling an air flow used in the production of thermoplastic products, such as mono-fibers, plastic tape, narrow thin films, multithread fibers. The proposed device contains an air flow path, in which there is a set of fans, an optimized heater location, and a large number of air flow regulators with control levers. Moving canvas tapes come into the device through a hot air channel formed between an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The point of entrance of moving tapes into the hot air channel is an inlet for the tape. After thermal processing, moving canvas tapes leave the device through an outlet for the canvas tape.

EFFECT: uniform thermal processing along the entire hot air channel, homogeneity of the air flow along the width and the length of the hot air channel, and homogeneity of the temperature in the hot air channel by means of precise control.
