SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical measuring systems for monitoring and diagnostics, in particular, to a system for remote monitoring of the vital signs of a young child. The system comprises a measuring unit made in the form of a wearable apparatus configured to be worn on the leg of a child, a room station configured for wireless connection with the measuring unit, and one or more external apparatuses. The measuring unit comprises at least a heart rate sensor, a blood oxygen saturation sensor, and a skin cover temperature sensor. The room station comprises an air humidity sensor and an air temperature sensor. The controller of the room station is configured to process signals from the heart rate sensor, the blood oxygen saturation sensor, and the skin cover temperature sensor, received from the measuring unit via a wireless transceiver, and signals from the air humidity sensor and the air temperature sensor. The data resulting from processing the signals from sensors by the controller of the room station is transmitted to one or more external apparatuses to be displayed to one or more users.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy and reliability of measuring the vital signs of a child.
