SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics and alarm signaling systems using radio communication and data transmission to a central station, specifically to a radio channel system for remote monitoring of health and working activity of employees of industrial and transport enterprises. Disclosed is a radio channel telemedical system comprising a patient's health monitoring centre configured to exchange information using a set of radio modems, operating on unlicensed frequencies in public networks and proprietary communication networks with the Internet, with emergency medical panels and with remote sensors for measuring parameters of human vital functions, it is proposed to introduce personal wearable user kits, each of which includes detachable central unit, carried in working clothes elements, and a set of units and sensors built into the work clothes material, which comprises said sensors for measuring parameters of human vital functions, and newly introduced alarm units, wherein all connections of detachable central unit with set of units and sensors built into working clothes material, are made by means of wires arranged in seams of user's working clothes, and connected to corresponding inputs of detachable central unit by means of connectors.

EFFECT: invention provides for reduction of negative effect of human factor on safety of production and operational processes.
