SUBSTANCE: proposed is an extensible element containing an extensible structure 20X of an elastic sheet, wherein elastic film 30 is laminated between a first air-permeable sheet layer 20A and a second air-permeable sheet layer 20B, and the first sheet layer 20A and the second sheet layer 20B are connected by multiple bonded parts 40 of the sheet, located at intervals. At the boundary between the first extensible area E1 and the second extensible area E2, the separation distance Px between the bonded part located towards the direction of extension of the first extensible area E1 from the boundary, and the bonded part located towards the direction of extension of the second extensible area E2 from the boundary, equals 10 mm or less.
EFFECT: prevented or reduced tearing of the elastic film between the extensible areas in the extensible structure of an elastic sheet.
